Deposit and Cancel Info

GENERAL INFORMATION

Tuition for each camp is listed beneath the camp location in the camp listing.
  • Overnight fees include daily instruction, housing and meals.
  • Instruction Only fees include daily instruction and awards, unless otherwise noted.
  • No deposit necessary to register your team for camp (prior to the 45 day mark before camp).
  • Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
 
An adult Coach is not required to attend unless otherwise indicated.  However, NCA strongly recommends that an adult Coach attend with Elementary, Middle School or Junior High teams.
  • Resort Camps - An adult Coach, 21 years or older, is required to attend with each team.
  • Home Camps - Participants must have an adult Coach in attendance at all times during the camp.


DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION (excluding Resort Camps)

  • Your reservation is tentative until your deposit is received.  Deposit of $50 per person will be due 45 days prior to camp.  Because most Universities require a pre-camp payment, this deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERRABLE.  Full payment (deposit and balance) may be sent together if desired.
  • Tuition balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to camp by credit card, school or cashier's check or school purchase order (copy must be submitted).  Make checks payable to NDA Summer Camps.  Gyms, All-Star teams and Youth organizations are required to pay by cashier's check, money order or credit card.  NO PERSONAL OR GYM CHECKS ACCEPTED.
  • An information packet including your invoice and medical release forms will be available online on the Camp Registration Tracker on nda.varsity.com.  An instructional letter/check list will be sent to you after your registration has been confirmed.


REFUND INFORMATION (excluding Resort Camps) 
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing, and may be faxed to 972-840-4054 or emailed to NDAregistration@NationalSpirit.com
  • Refunds will be processed after the camp session is completed and closed by our national office.
  • Please allow at least 21 working days (after the camp is complete) to receive your refund.
  • No refunds will be made for requests received after October 1st of the year you attend camp.

 

CANCELLATION INFORMATION - NEW this year!  (excluding Resort Camps)

For Resident locations, if cancellations are received:
  • Between 45 days and 31 days of camp a $50 per person fee will be billed/retained.
  • Between 30 days and 14 days of camp, 50% tuition will be billed/retained.
  • Less than 14 days of camp, tuition will be billed/retained.
 
For Day Camp and Home Camp locations, if cancellations are received:
  • Between 45 days and 21 days of camp, a $50 per person fee will be billed/retained.
  • Less than 21 days of camp, 50% tuition will be billed/retained.

 

RESORT CAMPS

The following applies to camps designated in the camp list with the Resort Camp icon.

  • The deposit of $100 per person is due in our office 60 days prior to camp along with your team's rooming list.  Because most hotels require a pre-camp payment, this deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERRABLE.  Full payment (deposit and balance) may be sent together if desired.
  • Tuition balances must be paid 45 days prior to camp.  Make checks payable to NDA Summer Camps.  Gyms, All-Star teams and Youth organizations are required to pay by cashier's check, money order or credit card.  NO PERSONAL OR GYM CHECKS ACCEPTED.
  • An adult, 21 years or older, is required to attend with each squad.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION - RESORT CAMPS
  • For cancellation made five weeks prior to the first day of camp, the cancellation fee will be $100 per person.
  • For cancellations made between three and five weeks prior to the first day of camp, the cancellation fee will be $200 per person (because of the hotel guarantees).
  • If you cancel within three weeks prior to the beginning of camps, full tuition will be billed/retained.
